This morning I woke up and went for a run at about 8:30, only for about half an hour and then earlier I got bored and decided to go for another run and my dad was telling me i shouldnt go because it's bad. So I guess the real question here is is it bad to exercise more than once a day?

What matters is that you stay within your bodies abilities. 

If your body is ABLE to workout twice a day, and you EAT enough. that is what matters. 

You cannot improve if you do not let your body progress at it’s rate.
